Additional information
This data set was originally a univariate time record of a single observed quantity, recorded from a Far-Infrared-Laser in a chaotic state. The original set 1000 points has been adapted for regression by considering every set of four consecutive values as inputs, and the next one as output. Duplicated instances has been removed.
In this section you can download some files related to the laser data set:
- The complete data set already formatted in KEEL format can be downloaded from
here.
- A copy of the data set already partitioned by means of a 5-folds cross validation procedure can be downloaded from here.
- The header file associated to this data set can be downloaded from here.
- This is not a native data set from the KEEL project. It has been obtained from the The Santa Fe Time Series Competition Data repository. The original page where the data set can be found is: http://www-psych.stanford.edu/~andreas/Time-Series/SantaFe.html.
